| Free Onsite Assessment | Onsite assessment includes: space, layout, power, game pricing and collection method, TV location, integrating with arcade operations (if any) and more. |
| Free Setup | Delivery, installation and setup are all free. This includes pinball machine setup, TV mounting, coin/token/bill machine setup, battery backups, smart plugs. |
| Machine Ownership | We can operate your own pinball machines, bring in our own pinball machines or do a combination of both at the same time. We typically bring in our own TV, TV mount, battery backups and smart plugs. |
| Internet | Wifi access at your location is required for leader board display on the TV and for software updates to the Stern insider connected machines. |
| $$$ Collection | We will customize a collection, reporting and billing system for your location. We can coordinate with your staff to do the collection, or we can do it all. |
| Maintenance | We handle all maintenance and repairs. This includes periodic cleaning and leveling of machines. For machines owned by you, we will negotiate how the labor and materials will be charged billed – ahead of time. |
| Marketing | Our goal is for pinball to bring more customers into your location for all of your offerings, and for your location to bring in more customers to play pinball . It’s win-win. We will customize a program for your location including featuring your location on our website and at sites such as pinside.com and pinballmap.com. |
| Cleaning Services | Cleaning of playfield, glass, pinballs and more. Pinball machine Leveling. A large percentage of the dirt on playfields comes from the rubbers on posts and bumpers rather than the pinballs. We can replace them with types of rubbers that significantly reduce mess. |
| Repairs | Being large mechanical devices, pinball machines can be prone to faults over time. These can be electrical, mechanical or even misalignments. Plungers, flippers, vertical upkicks, and switches will wear out over time. Contact us to see if we can help with your problem. |
| Restoration | Restoration (also known as shopping) a pinball machine is labor intensive and literally unique to each and every pinball machine. We try to keep the market value of a machine in mind unless there is significant sentimental value on the part of the owner when costing out a project. |
| Upgrades | There are too many upgrades to count, but they are all designed to add to the playing experience. Shakers, volume controls, lighting, sound systems and speakers, toppers, and many, many more. If you want to upgrade your pinball machine, we can help. |
| Delivery | We can pick up a machine from a seller and deliver to a buyer, or we can move your machine from one address to another. |
