We have 3 methods for discovering issues with our pinball machines:
- We play the machines ourselves! This is mixing pleasure with business, but it’s hard to beat first hand experience when it comes to evaluating how the machines are playing.
- For Stern Insider connected pinball machines, we get alarms when a machine itself detects an error.
- Perhaps, most valuable of all, is feedback and reports by players of our machines. If you have an observation related to a problem, playability, levelness, or even cleanliness, please use one of the problem reporting forms below:
